Terms & Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions apply to all participants of the AWAKEN YOUR HIGHEST SELF program, a three (3) day, in-person transformational experience. Please review them carefully, as they govern your participation in the event and access to all related sessions, materials, and activities.
By attending this event, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms are intended to support the safety, respect, and well-being of all participants and team members.
1. Consent to Participate
You voluntarily choose to participate in the event and all associated activities and acknowledge that your participation is entirely at your own discretion.
2. Nature of the Event
The event includes guided Breathwork and Meditation sessions, as well as experiential content that may explore topics such as emotional healing, vulnerability, and personal growth.
If you are pregnant, you are advised to substitute Breathwork with Meditation.
If attending with a minor, a legal guardian must complete and submit a parental consent form prior to admission.
The event is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. Facilitators, hosts, and coaches are not licensed psychiatrists or psychologists.
Due to the experiential nature of the event, you may experience strong emotions, physical sensations, emotional release, fatigue, anxiety, or discomfort. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own choices, boundaries, and experiences during the event. Some activities may involve consensual physical interaction (such as hugging, dancing, or handshakes). If you do not consent to such contact, it is your responsibility to opt out and inform the facilitator at the time.
3. Media Consent
Photographs, video, and audio recordings may be captured during the event. By attending, you grant Morel Global INC permission to use your likeness, voice, testimonials, or statements for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to be recorded or photographed, please notify the team by emailing [email protected] prior to the event or inform staff in person upon arrival.
4. Food and Rest
Participants acknowledge the importance of proper nourishment and rest during the three-day event. You are responsible for eating sufficient meals, hydrating, and getting adequate sleep. Failure to do so may negatively affect your experience and well-being.
5. Medical Responsibility
Participant certifies that they do not have any medical, physical, emotional, or psychological condition that would impair their ability to safely participate in the event or pose a risk to themselves or others.If you have any uncertainty regarding your ability to participate, you agree to consult a physician, therapist, or qualified medical professional prior to attending.
You agree to follow all guidance provided by facilitators. If at any time you experience symptoms or conditions that feel unsafe, you agree to immediately discontinue participation and notify the event staff. Participant understands that participation is voluntary and that they may decline any activity at any time.
Morel Global INC does not know your full health history and cannot guarantee outcomes, experiences, safety, or well-being. You accept full responsibility for ensuring that you are physically, emotionally, and mentally prepared to participate.
6. Right to Exclude and Behavioral Standards
Morel Global INC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse admission to, remove, or exclude any participant from the event if the participant’s conduct is determined to be disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the values, purpose, or integrity of the event.
Grounds for removal may include, but are not limited to:
Behavior that threatens the physical, emotional, or psychological safety of the participant or others
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disrespectful conduct toward participants, facilitators, staff, or vendors
Failure to follow facilitator instructions or event guidelines
Impairment due to alcohol, drugs, or any substance that interferes with safe participation
Violation of personal boundaries or consent standards
Any conduct that disrupts the experience of others or undermines the supportive environment of the event
In such cases, removal may occur without prior warning. Participants removed for behavioral or safety reasons may forfeit access to the remainder of the event and related materials. Any refund issued shall be at the sole discretion of Morel Global INC.
This right is exercised to maintain a safe, respectful, and aligned environment and shall not be deemed discriminatory or arbitrary.
7. Assumption of Risk
Participant understands and acknowledges that participation in the event involves inherent physical, emotional, and psychological risks. Participant voluntarily assumes all risks, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising from participation in the event and its associated activities.
8. Release and Exemption from Liability
Participant hereby knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly releases, discharges, and holds harmless Morel Global INC, including its owners, officers, employees, contractors, facilitators, coaches, volunteers, affiliates, partners, and other participants (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, actions, or causes of action of any kind, whether in law or equity, arising out of or related to participation in the event or any associated activities.
This release expressly includes, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any and all claims based on the actual or alleged negligence of any of the Released Parties. Participant understands and agrees that this release applies to claims for personal injury, physical injury, emotional distress, psychological harm, illness, loss, damage, or death.
Participant acknowledges that this waiver is a material condition of participation in the event and that, absent this release, participation would not be permitted.
9. Covenant Not to Sue
Participant agrees that neither Participant nor their heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or legal representatives shall initiate, assist, or participate in any lawsuit, arbitration, administrative action, or other legal proceeding against any of the Released Parties arising out of or related to participation in the event or any associated activities.
This covenant not to sue, together with the release, assumption of risk, indemnification, and intellectual property provisions, shall survive the conclusion of the event and termination of Participant’s involvement, and shall remain in full force and effect indefinitely to the maximum extent permitted by law
10. Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement
Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Morel Global INC from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Participant’s conduct or participation in the event, including claims brought by third parties.
11. Insurance Disclaimer
Participant acknowledges that Morel Global INC does not provide medical, health, disability, or liability insurance. Participant is solely responsible for obtaining any desired insurance coverage and assumes full responsibility for their safety and well-being.
12. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Materials
All content, teachings, materials, recordings, and methodologies presented during the event are the exclusive intellectual property of Morel Global INC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Participant agrees not to reproduce, record, distribute, sell, teach, license, modify, or commercially use any materials without prior written consent from Morel Global INC. These obligations survive the conclusion of the event.
13. Refund Policy
Morel Global INC does not guarantee specific emotional, personal, or transformational outcomes from participation in the Awaken Your Highest Self event. Experiences and results vary by individual.
Participation in any portion of the event, including attendance at sessions, activities, or access to materials, constitutes partial fulfillment of services.
Refund requests may be submitted only if the Participant attends the full three-day event and believes they received no value or insights. Any such request must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within twenty-four (24) hours following the conclusion of the event.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and granted solely at the discretion of Morel Global INC. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval, and no refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction based on subjective, emotional, or personal expectations.
Any approved refund shall exclude all third-party platform, processing, transaction, or service fees (including but not limited to payment processor or ticketing platform fees), which are non-refundable under all circumstances.
14. Free Ticket Redemption Policy (Collective Annual & Rebalance Memberships)
Free Awaken GA tickets redeemed through membership benefits are non-transferable and non-resellable. If a free ticket is redeemed and the participant does not attend the selected event, the ticket benefit is forfeited. Free tickets must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of membership activation, or they will expire.
Your free Awaken ticket can be redeemed when you also book your stay at the official event hotel (if applicable). Some event venues offer discounted room blocks for our guests, and redeeming your bonus may require staying at the host hotel. 15. Governing Law, Venue, and Severability
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or participation in the event shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Austin, Texas.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions, or any portion thereof, is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16. Force Majeure
Morel Global INC shall not be liable for any delay, modification, suspension, or cancellation of the event, in whole or in part, caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, earthquake, pandemics, epidemics, public health emergencies, government orders or restrictions, acts of terrorism, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, power outages, venue unavailability, transportation disruptions, or failure of third-party service providers.
In the event of a Force Majeure occurrence, Morel Global INC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reschedule the event, modify the format (including virtual or hybrid delivery), change the venue, or cancel the event without liability.
If the event is canceled due to a Force Majeure event, Morel Global INC may, at its discretion, offer a credit toward a future event in lieu of a refund. No refunds will be issued for Force Majeure-related cancellations, and all third-party platform, processing, or service fees remain non-refundable.
Participant agrees that Force Majeure events do not constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions and waives any related claims against Morel Global INC.
